Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain paid access, eligible trials, automatic renewal, cancellation, and entitlement changes for KAizen Chess Lab.
Checkout controls
The checkout shown immediately before you subscribe is the controlling disclosure for the plan, price, currency, billing period, trial eligibility, trial end date, first charge, taxes, and renewal amount. Do not complete checkout unless those terms are acceptable. Promotional eligibility may be limited by account or billing-provider history.
30-day trial
Where the checkout confirms eligibility, the Performance Master offer includes a 30-day free trial. The checkout identifies the expected first-charge date and price. If you cancel through the purchase-origin billing portal before the displayed trial deadline, the subscription should not convert to a paid renewal. An advertised trial is not a promise that every account or every plan is eligible.
Automatic renewal
Unless the checkout expressly says otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. The billing provider charges the saved payment method at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout, subject to applicable taxes and any properly disclosed price change.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the subscription-management destination for the platform where the purchase originated. Web subscribers can use Manage or cancel subscription inside KAizen Chess Lab to open the RevenueCat/Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless the billing provider states otherwise, access normally continues until the end of the already-paid period.
Deleting your KAizen account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancel the subscription through its purchase-origin platform before or in addition to requesting account deletion.
Price changes and plan changes
Any price or plan change will follow the notice and consent rules required by the billing provider and applicable law. Upgrades, downgrades, promotions, and proration are reflected by the billing provider. The entitlement recorded by the approved billing provider and KAizen backend controls access.
Failed payments, refunds, and access
A failed, reversed, expired, refunded, paused, or revoked transaction may reduce or end paid access after provider reconciliation. Cancellation alone does not create a refund. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.
Billing help
Email support@kaizenchesslab.com with the account email, purchase origin, approximate charge date, and transaction or receipt identifier. Never send a full payment-card number.
